Trip to Kumarkom
This was amazing, nothing more than that for this resort. Perhaps the only paradise on earth. This is my second visit to the property and still this is not changed, well maintained at its peak. Special mention to Kavi, the photographer.

Completely delightful experience. Being from the industry, to gauge every element in totality was a natural instinct…to that extent, each department exceeded expectations . Some real brilliant professionals… The Chef…Brilliance personified… the food & the presentation…spot on .. Arun @ F&B & Murali @ Banquet seem to have infinite energy & passion.. will remain in our hearts ever to have made our Daughter’s wedding such a glowing event! Johnny @ The restaurant, Arun @ FO & Anoop @ Admin all so consistent in their communication & service! Joseph @ Sales & Customer Relations amongst the best industry professionals putting up with all our whims yet so prompt & responsive ! May look like the most expensive resort yet tremendous value for money! We will go back to celebrate each of our Daughter’s wedding anniversary…etched in our lives forever now! Kudos to the resort GM for his leadership & Mr. Paul the visionary.. one can see his vision in every nook & corner of the resort!

Beautiful property, excellent staff. The food was exceptional and the service was attentive.
Beautiful Backwater Setting with Exceptional Hospitality
I had a wonderful stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and my room was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and spotless.
What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether I needed help booking activities, arranging transportation, or simply getting extra mosquito coils for my room, everything was handled quickly and with care. There was a real sense that the staff took pride in the resort and wanted every guest to have a comfortable and memorable stay.
I especially enjoyed the sunset cruise and the shikara boat ride. Both were peaceful, scenic, and a lovely way to experience the backwaters and the beautiful surroundings of the resort.
Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with excellent hospitality. I would happily return, and next time I hope to bring my family with me.

Stayed here with family. Really liked the ambience and the beautiful traditional architecture. The whole place has a calm and relaxing feel.
Shamna tried her hand at pottery with the help of Mr Arun. It was a nice and memorable experience.
Overall, a lovely stay and a good family experience at Kumarakom Lake Resort.
