Lovely experience at the Conrad Abu Dhabi
Temi and Ola were stationed by the swimming pool and private beach area and made iur family vacation really memorable.
We will surely be coming back as the hospitality in this hotel is exceptional.

Weekend trip to Abu Dhabi
Our rooms were not ready when we arrived so we waited for approx 45min. Overall we had a wonderful 2 night stay over the weekend. Our family of 5 enjoyed the hotel facilities, the gym,pool and beach. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel smelt good at all times. We was on level 42 which was lovely. The staff and service is really good, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Margret booked our tickets for the grand mosque to save us time which was great so thank you. Enjoyed our stay
Disappointed
We came late two hours from the time that was given by us , and still they took time till opening the room. When we booked we asked for connected rooms but we were surprised when we arrived that there was no connected room and they did not tell us before . In the rooms there was not enough tissues at all . Room service was the worst we experienced tying many hotels , they took so much time coming like an hour and even we we kept calling they keep saying there on the way but they still took time . The lobby coffee the women there was rude wil taking to is , for this point overall looks like no one would give us any attention or importance as a first time visitor coming to the hotel despite that even though if it was not the first visit . We asked for both rooms to be sea view but were giving one only . The breakfast was so disappointing and really bad , I tried the coffee machine like thousands of times but the coffee was still cold and I when I talked to the staff they saw it and I tried later but it was still cold even though I would choose hot , breakfast was not variety for all people like there was specific type of food that was made well but it’s not for our country like we don’t eat that type of food in the morning, other dishes were bad there was no taste eggs were cooked bad , when we asked for something specific we were not given what we want so we had to go eat breakfast somewhere else even though we paid for the breakfast. Overall I don’t think there is going to be a next stay in the hotel bad thing also even if family or friend or anyone asked about the hotel I don’t there is going to be any good review from us about the hotel .

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Conrad Abu Dhabi. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would especially like to recognize Choi and Esther for their outstanding hospitality.
They were both warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make the breakfast experience enjoyable and comfortable.
It’s clear that they take pride in what they do and truly care about their guests. Their positive attitude and excellent service made a big difference.
