This is our second visit to The Conrad and can’t wait till our next. This trip was solely for relaxation, as we layered around the pool most of the day, we booked our stay directly with Hilton and chose a level 45 room, we love the little extra perks that level 45 and above gives you - Quite breakfast, afternoon tea and canapés and drinks etc. all come with a quite table and a great view, The staff on level 45 can’t do enough for you and everything come with a personal touch ( THANKS L45)

A home away from home
My husband, daughter and I have been residing at the Conrad Serviced Residence for the past five years, and our experience has been truly wonderful. Over the years, the residence has come to feel like a home away from home, thanks to the exceptional service, warm hospitality, and wonderful staff who have always made us feel welcomed and cared for. I would especially like to commend Raciel, Team Leader of Housekeeping, for her exceptional attention to our personal needs. She is always thoughtful, attentive, and accommodating, and takes the time to understand our preferences and ensure that everything is taken care of with genuine care and professionalism. I would also like to commend Chirbil, who is a wonderful member of the Residence team. Elegance, Comfort & Wonderful Hospitality
We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay. The hotel has such an elegant ambiance, with beautiful surroundings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more special.
We especially enjoyed dining at Rosewater—the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and a real highlight of our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Jee Ann for her warm hospitality and attentive assistance during both our dinner and breakfast. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a lovely experience from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, elegant, and memorable hotel experience. ✨🤍
Wonderful Stay & Excellent Service
Wonderful stay at Conrad! Our first dinner at Rosewater was a great experience. Jee Ann and her team were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in guiding us through the dinner. We also enjoyed the breakfast and had a lovely experience at the VIP area. Overall, a memorable stay with excellent service. Thank you to the whole team!
