House keeping
Mr. Asan is very friendly. He cleans the room thoroughly, and it is always clean and tidy. He is also polite and respectful.
Got one day with my wife but he made it a life experience!

Had a pleasant stay at Copthorne Downtown. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Asan from Housekeeping and the Duty Manager for their excellent service and attention to detail.

Excellent hotel
Very nice sooo excellent. The reception people are sooo friendly. Ready to help us at any time. The house keeping a guy name asan did a excellent cleaning and cleaned the toilets and bathrooms sparkling making us to feel a home away from a home. Yet to use the gym and swimming pool but belive that it will also be good
