Complaint
The only problem is I had fulbord but my wife was denied to have my meal at breakfast even when I was not my self eating the meal and the duty manager said I should rather waste the meal my self than my partner having it which was to me kind of wired since I had not taken my meal even though it was being charged
Short business trip
Room was spacious and clean. Location was excellent, right at the city center. Lot of restaurants near by, Madinat Zayed Mall is 2 min walk. Reception staff were very courteous. Nice Hotel overall

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient, The breakfast was very nice, especially the South Indian live counter. The freshly prepared dosa with sambar was delicious and truly enjoyable. A great breakfast experience!and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
