Hotel room Housekeeper lady named KARUNA was very kind and friendly to my kids, our room was always clean and tidy up on time without miss, top class performance. Location of this hotel is very good since all WB, SW, FW theme park just minutes away. Our kids enjoy the stay at Crowne Plaza Yas so much!!

Julie at kids club deserves a gift from me when we return. The creative Sea lion& Cat book marks will be used by both my boys. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, time and effort with the craft. The picture we took with you will remain in our memory album.
Agnes we met at kids club Yas Plaza Marina shared insightful learning about the different UAE flags. Our boys designed Dubai city at the kids club which led to us searching flags and drawing them in our journal book. Lots of learning and part of memories, thank you.
