Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Outstanding experience
A wonderful experience! The service was exceptional, so attentive and customer focused. Lovely traditional Lebanese food served in a beautiful setting. Superb! Rajib was our host and he made us so welcome.

Incredible family hotel.
The walk out suites are incredible.
Breakfast is amazing!
The restaurants considering all michellin star were just okay - nothing special. Hakkasan the family favourite.
The pool with the adult area on the far side of the hotel has an issue with bird and bird poo which is the only thing that lets this incredible hotel down.
Kids pool slides and lazy river were amazing. Kids club was a bit basic and disappointing. Need a upgrade on the bikes as they are tired.
This hotel is aesthetically stunning. Had an incredible time with my family and was sad to leave. Best family hotel in Abu Dhabi!
Magnificent staycation
Our birthday staycation at Emirates Palace by Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of majestic, luxurious, and deeply memorable! From the moment we stepped into this magnificent palace, we were surrounded by warmth and world-class grandeur.
A very special mention goes to Ms. Claudia at the reception. She was exceptionally warm and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly guide us through all the wonderful facilities the Palace has to offer. She personally escorted us to our room, which offered breathtaking views of both the sea and the pool.
To my complete surprise, the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, and a delicious vegan cake was already waiting for us prior to check-in. This incredibly thoughtful gesture made my birthday celebration extra special and unforgettable.

Excellent Hotel
The following people provided an amazing service while I was on vacation and deserved to be recognized: Weda-Nepal (was very friendly, kind and provided fruits and sweets during my stay), Yam-Nepal, Wai Yan-Myanmar, Muthusamy “Muthu” Chennai-India, Gurudev-Nepal, Juma-Tanzania, Oussama-Egypt and Mohammed Abdul. They were all great in their own ways. Another amazing holiday at the Palace
Another amazing holiday at the palace, our fifteenth year. I cannot think of any where else I would rather be. A week of luxury and warm hospitality. Amazing breakfasts in Vendome, the best ever, and with the most amazing staff. Great atmosphere in Broadway, again with the most welcoming staff. Thank you Aris for going above and beyond. Amazing experience and food in Strawfire. The hospitality and warmth from Kanisha and all the staff at the family pool. A great big thank you to all of you that make our holiday so special.
