Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Had a great time with excellent service. ‘A wow’ factor. Khassim in the gym was a fantastic help and support while doing my workouts! Everyone is so pleasant and happy to help. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure!

Simply Perfect — One of Our Absolute Favourites
Our stay at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental was simply perfect and has easily become one of our absolute favourite hotels. From the very beginning the hospitality was top-notch, and every single staff member we met was incredibly warm and friendly.
A special shoutout to Ahmed, who was waiting for us at the entrance that night, and to Ciara for her wonderful arrangements — they made us feel at home straight away.The dining was outstanding across the board. Strawfire was a highlight — we completely fell in love with it, and were genuinely surprised to find such phenomenal Japanese food in Abu Dhabi; the hand rolls were out of this world. Breakfast at the Lebanese Terrace was rich and full of variety, and it was lovely chatting with Caden, who shared great insights into the culinary offerings.
You can really tell how much care and expertise the whole F&B team put into it.Honestly, everything was so well-curated that we barely needed to leave the grounds during our entire stay. A wonderful trip, all thanks to the thoughtful team. Can't wait to return!

Best hotel has its reason
Best hotel and top food and service. Broadway is amazing. The waitress Ms.Angelesca is very helpful and friendly. Top hotel in our list.

Beautiful hotel
Really good experience, we had full board all restaurant were really good. Kids friendly. Also the family swim are is really good.
