Wonderful Hospitality—We Can’t Wait to Return!
We fell in love with Abu Dhabi all over again during our wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi!
Our room was spotlessly clean, everything was in excellent condition, and the team had taken such thoughtful care of our requests. We felt warmly welcomed and wonderfully looked after throughout our stay.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. What made the dining experiences even more special was the staff: the chefs were so courteous, and the gentlemen who served our beverages at dinner were exceptionally kind and attentive. They deserve a special thank you!
One of our favourite memories was enjoying a mojito and lemonade at Pearl. Such a simple moment, but we were so happy and relaxed that it became one of the highlights of our trip. The team there were welcoming and highly professional.
The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. Our room’s cleanliness was outstanding, and the lady who spoke with us about it showed real care for our comfort. We truly appreciated that personal attention.
Thank you to everyone who made this stay so memorable. We left with happy hearts and beautiful memories, already dreaming of returning. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back!

Food needs massive improvement
After letting the hotel know our arrival time, we turned up and was told the room was not ready which was no problem. The annoying thing is that I was offered room straight away on a high floor for an extra 400 Dirham per night. This was we thought a very well rehearsed sales ploy, having already upgraded to club we declined. This is a lovejy business hotel, a bit dated rooms but very clean. The thing that really let's it down is the SAHA restaurant. It's got to be the poorest quality food on the UAE. The buffet for lunch and dinner was dire on all fronts, and it's difficult to put into words how bad it was. The staff in the club lounge were brilliant in every way and are a credit to the hotel. Big shout out to Sharon and Hatim they deserve the highest recognition.

Exceptional Service and a Truly Welcoming Stay
I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I stayed at the hotel two weeks ago, and when I came back, they still remembered me, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their service was excellent, and they were very good at their jobs. I really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi through the Etihad Stopover Programme, and it has now become somewhere I know I’ll be returning to frequently.
Not only is the hotel and my room absolutely beautiful, but I was also lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made an already great experience even better. What really stood out to me, however, was the staff. From the front-of-house team to the wonderful housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Christine and Ali, who went above and beyond to make me feel so welcomed and happy during my stay.
One thing I particularly appreciated was how genuine the staff felt. They didn’t just feel like people going through the motions — they took the time to have real conversations and genuinely connect with guests. This meant a lot to me as I was travelling solo and staying here at the end of a trip to Thailand. In fact, I can’t think of a better way to have ended my trip.
The Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi really is a special place, and I’m already looking forward to returning whenever I travel with Etihad. It’s definitely somewhere I would happily stay again and again.
The only small point I would mention is that I think the smoking area around the pool could be more clearly marked. A couple of other guests and I were politely told that we couldn’t smoke by the pool, so clearer signage would perhaps avoid any confusion.
Other than that, this was a 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to return!
Fascinating place..
The place is very relaxing and cozy especially if you will choose the view of sea side with emirates palace view. I highly recommend this hotel for 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣%
