We had a wonderful experience during our stay, thanks to the courteous staff, especially at the front desk, housekeeping, valet, breakfast, and room service teams. I would like to give special recognition to Mustafa at the bell desk for his outstanding attitude. We had a happy stay in Abu Dhabi and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Amazing
I am staying at the Grand Hayat with my partner and we have had an amazing experience here. Clean, beautiful, well kept spaces and rooms. The staff is lovely, polite, welcoming and warm. We were helped by Maw and she made sure that we are happy and well taken care of! Our room had a beautiful view, we had an amazing breakfast, and a comfortable stay! She is very professional, yet very fun to talk to and made us feel at home immediately!

Great hotel in Abu Dhabi . Management did geat job to make our stay flawless and pleasant in all aspects - accommodation , food , activities and etc . We are going to be back for sure ;)
