An Open Letter to the GM
Dear Sir, we have for the past 10 wonderful days been staying at your amazing and special Hotel. (Room 1601) this is our 4th stay with and as with previous visits we have received hospitality in it’s finest form from every single member of your staff that we have had the pleasure of dealing with, from housekeeping to restaurant to Piano bar to the pool staff and not forgetting reception staff and concierge to a person they are all simply wonderful human beings and are of course a credit to your Hotel. So let’s begin with a roll call of everyone (drum roll included) pool staff, Shine, Matahis, and Milan, piano bar Prity and Nandini, Selections restaurant, Sheila, Ophelia, Nina, and all the Chefs special thanks to Theodore, housekeeping Rezeual (on 16th floor and lastly your front office manager Mr Raouf and his assistant Theresa plus Mr Nasir each and everyone named (plus others) have collectively put their arms around us and made us feel so welcome and loved for which we thank them all from the bottom of our hearts.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amazing Hotel!
My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary and my birthday and we had a fantastic time! We chose the premium all inclusive package and we found it to be excellent value for money! The food in particular was outstanding and the drinks great too! The hotel rooms do need a revamp but we honestly didn’t mind as it was beautifully clean and comfortable and we barely spent much time in the room. The service in the hotel is amazing, everyone takes so much pride in making sure you are happy and comfortable. We dined in the fish market restaurant 3 times it was so great, a big thank you to Sabina and Kiran who made everything perfect! At the bay shore big thank you to Sejin and Shakin who served us food and drinks all day long! And to Tushar who every morning at breakfast remembered our coffee orders and kept them topped up before we needed to ask. The Lebanese restaurant was also fabulous and a big thank you to Abdel Rahman who ensured we had a wonderful meal! This hotel is really great value, clean and comfortable but most importantly the food is outstanding! You won’t be disappointed!

Great 5 day holidaysl
Hotel is really good, restaurants are outstanding and the staff and service are second to none. They couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our holiday. The Bayshore must get a special mention as the staff there are incredible. Sejin and his team have been the absolute best and made our holiday even more special. Thank you to all ❤️ only down side to the hotel is the lack of atomosphere at the bayshore through the week but the DJ on Saturdays around the pool makes such good vibes. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms we have been to. All inclusive can be a little confusing and doesn't necessarily mean all inclusive so just check beforehand. Would definitely revisit 🫶
Great place to stay
This is our 5th time staying at this beautiful hotel, and once again, we have had the most wonderful experience. The staff, amenities and food are all first class.
I would especially like to mention a few members of staff who have made our stay so fantastic and enjoyable.
Tushar from the morning service — thank you so much for looking after us and for remembering us from our previous visits. It really means a lot and makes us feel so welcome.
Aye Thida (I hope I have the spelling right!) — thank you for greeting us almost every day at the restaurant. You are always so lovely and welcoming.
A big thank you also to the pool and lifeguard team, Shine and Mathias, for setting out the loungers and making sure we had ice and water. Your hard work is very much appreciated.
And, of course, we cannot forget Razaul, who made our stay complete by taking such wonderful care of our room. It was always spotless, clean and tidy, with those lovely little extra touches. As it was our anniversary, Razaul even placed fresh flowers in our room — such a thoughtful gesture. I only wish I could have taken the flowers home with me!
Finally, a huge thank you to all the staff who work so hard behind the scenes. You can genuinely see how much pride and care you take in your work and how much you love working for InterContinental.
The whole hotel is always clean, fresh and beautifully maintained, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for anyone.
Thank you once again for your wonderful hospitality and for making our holiday and anniversary so special. We look forward to returning again! ❤️
