Amazing hotel
Service is top notch. The lounge on the 5th floor is a very good place to have a shisha and drinks when you are staying in the Jumeirah Saadiyat hotel. Suqlain was a very helpful server.

Exceptional service and coordination - amazing stay
The location is amazing and the ocean-view suite is comfortable. Staff are wonderful and welcome. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The value is on the service received, which was amazing from the day I landed, from when I was picked up to the hotel, helped me unpack to departure day. Atmosphere in the hotel was great.
Very definition of hospitality
From check in to check out, service was flawless! And everything is so convenient. Food is carefully curated and fantastic! Beds are amazing, beach is amazing.

Second to none
Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is, quite simply, an exceptional resort. From the moment you arrive, the signature scent throughout the hotel creates a wonderful first impression and immediately sets the tone for a luxurious stay.
The standout feature, however, is the people. Every member of staff I encountered was genuinely warm, approachable and eager to help. Nothing ever felt forced or scripted—they seemed genuinely happy, and it made a huge difference to the overall experience. It’s rare to find such consistently outstanding hospitality.
The design of the resort is equally impressive. The architecture is beautiful, and the interiors—from the grand entrance to the restaurants and the rooms—are elegant, contemporary and immaculately maintained. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and finished to a very high standard.
