The Mafraq Hotel, which has been my first choice for accommodation during business trips since 2019. The service and hospitality from your entire staff have always been outstanding, and I appreciate that there is always something new and improved with every visit.
I would like to specifically commend Mr. Sathisha for his exceptional and proactive service. Since my first stay a few years ago, he has consistently approached guests to ensure we have everything we need in our rooms. I hope his dedication and proactive approach are recognized by the hotel management.
