Galvanizing Experience
The ambiance of the restaurant was great as well as the choice of music. The food was sumptuous however the choices were very less. Rey and Mitchelle were our server’s and they went exceedingly and beyond to make sure our breakfast was amazing.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Thein, the Housekeeping Supervisor, for his exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
Tim truly stands out. He is extremely courteous, attentive, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and well looked after. His positive attitude, generosity, and attention to detail made a real difference to my stay.
He is an excellent example of what outstanding hospitality should look like and a real asset to the hotel. Exceptional service from an exceptional professional. Highly appreciated and strongly recommended!

Stay was amazing
This was my second stay at Millennium Downtown Hotel Hamdan, and once again, I had an amazing experience. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay.
A special thanks to Mustaffah, who offered me a really good deal for both of my stays and was always helpful and accommodating.
I would also like to mention Mr. Nahiyam Mohammed, who is always smiling and very attentive. He really knows how to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
Panashe at the reception was also excellent—very professional, helpful, and always ready to assist.
And last but not least, Abdel, who was very kind, friendly, and easygoing. His positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.
I was also upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay even better! 🙌
Overall, I had an exceptional experience and truly appreciate the hospitality and service from the entire team. If you're looking for a hotel with great service, friendly staff, and excellent hospitality, I would definitely recommend Millennium Downtown Hotel Hamdan.
