My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. Before confirming my reservation through a booking app, I called the hotel and informed them that I was traveling from another country and would arrive at around 2:00 AM. They assured me that late check-in would not be a problem. Based on that confirmation, I completed my booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms available, even though I had a confirmed reservation. After a long discussion, they asked me to pay a much higher amount to get a room, which was completely unacceptable. In addition, the receptionist, Farooq, was unfriendly and unprofessional in his attitude and behavior. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and look for another hotel late at night. This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope the hotel improves its customer service and honors confirmed reservations.

My experience at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan was excellent. The facilities, especially the gym and Jacuzzi, were clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mansari at the reception for the warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding service. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay even more memorable.
A special thank you to the Waves team as well. They were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their excellent teamwork and outstanding service made the experience even more enjoyable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!
I traveled from Denmark to Abu Dhabi, and staying at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan was one of the best parts of my trip. Everything was excellent, and I truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality.
A special thank you to Nisaan and Nathy from the housekeeping team. They cleaned our room exceptionally well every day. The room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Their hard work and attention to detail made our stay very comfortable.
I would also like to sincerely thank Mansari at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
A very special thanks to the gentleman from Bangladesh who looked after the swimming pool after 2:00 PM. I unfortunately don’t know his name, but he took such wonderful care of my children. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure they were safe and happy. His kindness meant a lot to our family.
Finally, thanks to the reception staff who checked us in. They were professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
We had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again when we visit Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay.
