Excellent housekeeping service!
I have a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to especially commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. The room was spotless upon arrival and was maintained to the highest standards throughout my stay. Every detail, from the fresh linens and neatly arranged amenities to the sparkling bathroom, reflected exceptional attention to cleanliness and hygiene.The housekeeping staff are professional, courteous, and efficient, ensuring the room was refreshed daily without any inconvenience.
Next time I will come again.
Hare breakfast is very good.lunch and dinner is soso. Now wah was is very good knowledge about food,and her service skills.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, and what made the experience truly special was the warm hospitality and personal attention from the team.
A special mention to the special fresh juice served in the morning—a simple touch, but it made breakfast feel fresh and welcoming every day.
I would also like to sincerely thank Walid, Night Manager,Mina, Assistant FOM, Arjun, Restaurant Manager, together with the restaurant and culinary team, for warm service attentive, attention detail and the way they made us personally welcomed & taking care of us so well.
A special appreciation to Mr. Mahendra, Operations Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
What I appreciated most was that the team did not make us feel like just guests—they created a genuine personal connection and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
