Beautiful, great service, wonderful food, but very overwhelming perfumy
A beautiful hotel conveniently located near museums and a quick drive to downtown Abu Dhabi. Everything was lovely - the staff attentive, the food delish. And the spa was amazing. I had two complaints - one minor - room location was as far from the lobby as possible and felt like the basement. Room was nice, but journey to get there was long and there was no view. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. To be fair, I did not ask to be moved or see if there was another option - I was jet lagged and just wanted to settle in. Second, and more importantly, the hotel has a signature scent that set off some sort of major allergy. If you are at all smell sensitive, I would not recommend this stay. It was such a shame because it meant that I could not enjoy the public areas without my nose running and a sneeze attack. But if you can handle that, and don't mind it, I truly recommend the space. It was beautiful.

Another amazing stay, if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday this is definitely the best place to visit in the UAE, the hotel is lovely with the most incredible beach, All of the staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make your stay special. I would highly recommend mate restaurant the food is amazing and the manager always makes you feel so welcome. The cafe offers a good selection if you’re there on half board and the manager Carolina and waiters Said and Palak are all so friendly and are a credit to the hotel. The pool has very low background music which is so nice if your there for a peaceful time as it is getting quiet hard to find this in the UAE now as a lot of the hotels are going more down the party vibe, the waiters around the pool Dishant and Freedy make your day enjoyable and the lovely lifeguard Sujeewa is alway there with a big smile and happy to help
Amazing staying
Amazing resort for relaxing. Excellent service, food, so polite staff. There is all for your comfort and pleasure. So nice location and excellent beach! You don’t feel any stress and worries staying at the hotels. So nice atmosphere is around you. Everything will be done for you in a good way. Rooms are perfect, I like the space , comfortable and cleanliness. Bathroom is so perfect!) Thanks for your hospitality. Special thanks to Front Office - Karim Nassissou and Nurlaiym Nurzhankyzy. Cleaning service (especially for lady, working at evening 13/09) and a Food&Beverage department - Karolina Ditmarova, Brenda, beach and bar supervisor Dashar. Thank you so much ❤️
Great Hyatt hotel on Saadiyat Island
This holiday was to mark a few special occasions for us and we wanted guaranteed heat and good weather. Our daughter had stayed here last year and thought it would be a nice place to visit for us. Having made it to the hotel without any traffic was a pleasant surprise and a smooth check in made it a good start. The room we were allocated was a little dark and so an alternative was offered on a higher level which was much appreciated and were shown around by Manoj who was polite and very helpful. The room was generous in size with a balcony giving us a sea and pool view. The grounds are well maintained and the 3 pools all manned by life guards. The Beach house by the sea was great for drinks and light bites whilst admiring the coastal view, here Dev was the attendant who served us and was engaging in providing suitable options for eating. The dining options were not what we were expecting as HB was full buffet in the Cafe and no supplement towards HB in the Italian restaurant which we thought was also a part of the HB option. Disappointed! The staff in the buffet areas for breakfast and dinner were nice and always ready to greet you with a smile. However, a big shout out goes to some individuals who shone out with their welcomes, smiles , remembering what our choice of drinks were and going out their way to cater to our needs. These people were Palak, Jasleen, Jasmine, Ashim & Arif who made great dosa’s every morning. The floor managers at the Cafe were also very engaging and welcoming. The food options were good although more vegetarian main dishes would have been welcomed. A very nice stay at a hotel that made you feel welcomed and safe. Definitely a good choice if you want a relaxing holiday with attentive staff and beautiful grounds and rooms.
