A really lovely stay with incredible service!
We had a wonderful time at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, and what stayed with us most were the people.
At breakfast, Palak looked after us every morning an absolute ray of sunshine. After just the first day she already knew exactly what we wanted, and greeted us with the biggest smile every time. At the beach, Chingriyo and Dev were fantastic: they reserved our spots, anticipated what we needed before we asked, and were always there when we needed them.
The location is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough that it feels like a different world - calm, relaxed and genuinely quiet, with spotless rooms and amenities that are solid five-star standard without being extraordinary. The service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, and for what you get, the value is definitely there.
We have visited two times in the last year and will definitely visit again soon! Family Wuermli and Gaede.
Ps. The breakfast is absolutely incredible!
Can I stay here forever?
This hotel is fantastic! We have a few more days left to our holiday but everything has been A+. The breakfasts at the Cafe are excellent and their staff are second to none. Excellent coffee, food and paratas. We have also enjoyed dinners in The Library and the staff there too have been great. The Kids’ Club/ Camp Hyatt has been loved by my daughter and Hira and Wilson have been wonderful. Finally special thanks to Carina, Front Office Manager who sent some great gifts to our room this evening. I don’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi. The resort grounds, beach, and facilities are beautiful, but what truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. A special shoutout to Freedy and Chandra, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel right at home from day one. It’s rare to encounter team members so dedicated to perfection. Thank you both for making our trip so special—we can't wait to return!
