What a great experience! Very friendly service, especially Komal and Rachel at the cooking station did a wonderful job and always have an extra smile. Overall a hotel we recommand!

Pleasant stay!
Pleasant stay. Was here for a month. Wonderful property and lovely staff and hospitality. Special mention to the housekeeping staff on my 8th Floor ,Mr. Kader, for being so cooperative and professional and making me feel at home throughout the stay! Best regards!

Pool experience
I was really satisfied in my stay in park rotana Adu Dhabi, reception they warmly welcome us and room was good really happy. We went to the pool especially need to great thankful to life guards Dilum and selvaraj they are do accommadaying really appreciated thank you highly recommended
Outstanding hotel . Pleasantly surprised of the stay experience
One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at in the UAE. Product is well maintained, staff highly trained, efficient customer service. Hotel was busy during my stay, however, it feels that staffs are used to such large busy operations. One conclusion is the hotel leadership is doing a great job in keeping staffs so motivated and attentive to guests’ expectations. Special thanks to Amgad and Afra of the front desk, the reservation supervisor and the staff of both starbucks and restaurant
