My stay was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was down to Edmond and Christian.
Edmond from Guest Relations was exceptional. His attention to detail, friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond genuinely made my stay so much better than I expected. He made sure everything was taken care of and really made me feel valued as a guest.
Christian in the dining hall was also fantastic. His service, friendliness and attention to detail made the dining experience a really enjoyable one. He went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after.
Both Edmond and Christian are a real credit to the hotel. Their service made a great trip even better, and I would definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Everything was well taken care of, making my stay very enjoyable.
A special mention to the pool bar and Akash, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. He made my time by the pool even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 😍✨️

Please improve the breakfast and dinner buffet. Add some western (such as steak, grilled meat) and chinese cuisine or far eastern varieties of food.
