Great hotel in downtown Abu Dhabi
Very comfortable hotel. Excellent beds, good AC, large suite rooms. The staff were all very helpful especially Taqwa on reception. Our second stay here.

Royal rose stay
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Rose in Abu Dhabi, and I’d especially like to thank Mr. Hassan from the concierge team. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made my stay truly memorable. He went above and beyond, whether assisting with transportation or offering helpful local guidance.

Excellent stay ...
Stay was pleasant and the customer service offered by the staff was exceptionally great. Especially thanking Hassan from front office team for even guiding about the property and the surrounding.
Poor management
It is noteworthy that management's decisions may lead to the loss of a loyal customer, particularly within a market experiencing a minimum 60% decline compared to the previous year. A recent incident at the hotel was, in my assessment, inadequately managed, which has led to my decision not to return. I recommend a thorough review of their policies and procedures regarding additional charges prior to making a reservation at this establishment.
