Excellent time, good comfortable rooms. The real gem is the club lounge, fantastic smoking area with great staff who really look out for you, big shout out to Suci and Nishadi who went above and beyond to look after myself and my colleagues ❤️

The front office manager was a stand up guy, he got us into a 2 bedroom suite as we were delayed by Etihad and the room was spectacular! With a dining room, tv lounge, kitchen etc and credit for in room dining, best stay in Abu Dhabi so far!
Horrible, Mariott App Glitches
Horrible experience - reservation changed without my consent
I booked two twin-bed rooms for 3 adults each, as I was travelling with my family of six and had carefully planned the reservation accordingly. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that my reservation had automatically been changed to a king-size room with only 1 guest permitted.
The room could only comfortably accommodate two people, leaving me with no choice but to pay extra for two additional beds just to accommodate my family. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when I had made the original booking specifically to avoid this situation.
What made matters worse was that the manager and the hotel team were of very little help in resolving the issue. There was no meaningful effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or take responsibility for what had happened.
My strong advice: be extremely careful when using the Marriott app to make hotel reservations. Based on my experience, your reservation details may change, and you could end up having to pay significantly more upon arrival.
A family trip should not begin with this kind of stress and unexpected expense. Very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service I expected from Marriott
