Very fantastic experience
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to Jack and Nishadi from the restaurant during dinner time. They were absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and professional, and they made our dining experience even more enjoyable. They truly deserve recognition for their great service!
Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Totally bad
I checked into my Diplomatic suite at 7 PM for a two‑night stay (7–9). While the living area was great, the bedroom was unacceptable. The bed had visible dirty stains and hair on the sheets, which completely ruined the first impression. I tried calling reception more than five times with no response. When someone finally answered, they apologized and sent a staff member after 15 minutes to change the sheets. He documented the issue himself, yet no one contacted me afterward, and no proper action was taken. This was very disappointing for a hotel of this level.

What a hotel, with a wonderful group of staff members!
The staff are so kind, considerate and attentive here- big thanks to Suci, Raj, Yasmin, Monika and Htet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, its location is great, the gym was incredible, the small beach was lovely and everything else we needed was a short uber away. We were very grateful to be offered a discounted room upgrade - our teenage daughter was very happy with the extra space the suite provided and the fantastic bathtub! As our stay was out of season the main restaurant was closed of a lunchtime, but we were delighted to be offered additional bespoke dishes at La Bistro (especially as I am a vegetarian - so the extra dishes on offer were fantastic). Breakfasts were brilliant and the variety of food at the buffet of an evening was wonderful; I was particularly happy to see a focus on limiting food waste! Our room was decorated for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise and at the end of our stay the staff presented us with a lovely ‘thank you’ dessert! We were sad to leave and plan to return as the Sheraton has left a lasting impression on us. Thanks for having us! X
