We celebrated my wifes birthday at La Forge,
I would like to thank the maitre d’hote for being so into detail. The whole experience with Jako was amazing. Our primary garcon diwan was awesome. We ordered the tomahawk whist was cooked to perfection!

Visit the Club Lounge for world class hospitality
The service i received during my month-long stay was beyond all measure. From the second i arrived i was greeted by the always vigilant and ever polite staff. I shouldn't need to explain how great the hotel brand itself is, but i would love to thank the staff in the club lounge that made my stay especially memorable. Mr Kumar, Mr Prabhu, Ms Dupita your hospitality was far greater than i deserved. And the amazingly talented and friendly chefs Ritesh Dixit and Pradeep Singh i always looked forward to eating with you. Hopefully i will see you all again.

Excellent hotel with great service
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The renovation work did cause some disturbance from the noise, but the staff handled everything professionally and made sure we were well looked after.
A special mention to Babu and Rahul for their excellent poolside service—they were attentive, friendly, and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality.
Excellent pool staff
Pool service was excellent by all staff, most notably from Ronit, Babu and Zain. Every 1pm they hand out refreshing fruit ice lollies and on days we arrived later to the pool they still served us some - mango and strawberry were my favourite two flavours. The team were attentive and provided towels and water on ice to the beds. Frequent wet towels and refills of ice to keep the water cold. They would keep the tables and beds clean of food to stop the birds hanging around and would shoo them away from our beds when we were in the pool. The pool is kept clean and is very large so plenty of space to swim or relax. The staff are friendly and aim to ensure all our needs are met promptly. The pool is open to 9pm if you ever wanted a late night dip or a cooler session by the pool - highly recommend.
