Very friendly and helpful hotel valet named Joel at the W Abu Dhabi hotel. My family and I checked into the hotel and were greeted by Joel immediately upon arrival. In short, we were amazed by his warm, friendly, well-mannered, and courteous greeting. We were very pleased and comfortable to receive such a hospitable attitude toward hotel guests. This attitude demonstrates the high level of service provided by the staff, their tolerant and cultured attitude toward clients and people in general, their professionalism, and their simply human approach to clients. I believe that from the very moment we arrived, our stay at the hotel was a success; we felt welcomed, and overall, the attitude of the entire hotel staff was very positive and warm! When we were leaving, we met with Joel again and had a very warm conversation about our time and leisure time at the hotel. He treated us to water and packs of wet wipes—a gesture of love, respect, and care. We wholeheartedly thank the hotel valet, Joel, and the hotel administration for the warm and friendly atmosphere!
