Nice service and good location
Very good atmosphere and nice service here in this hotel and the breakfast restaurant, especially the staffs here are very kind and prefessional. They take care of my family and play with my kid too. Thanks for Mina, Hannah, Pyea, and Nozi.

Lunch experience in mezzaluna
Had a lovely lunch at Mezzaluna! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the service was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Kamel Franky for the excellent service and warm hospitality. He made our lunch experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a great place for a nice lunch
Relaxed and beautiful stay
I truly enjoyed the whole experience at Intercontinental Residence Suites, Dubai Festival City. The rooms are nice, well kept and spacious. I can’t thank you enough for the amazing team you have on board. They all did a great job to make us comfortable during our visit. It was the first time for my aunt in Dubai and she said that she will want to stay at the same hotel again next time. The service was top notch and the location of the hotel makes it easy to go anywhere in the city. I highly recommend to stay there and enjoy the experience. KC
