Exceptional Hospitality & Outstanding Facilities
We recently returned to JW Marriott Hotel Marina for the first time as a family, having stayed here previously when the hotel was still Address Marina. We had such fond memories of our previous stays, so we were really looking forward to coming back — and we can happily say we were not disappointed.
From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most was how consistently the team went the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and there was a real sense that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The hotel itself was immaculate throughout. Our room was beautifully maintained, the communal areas were spotless, and everything felt fresh, clean and extremely well looked after. The overall atmosphere was calm, luxurious and welcoming, which made it especially enjoyable travelling with our family.
A huge thank you to Adnan, Santosh, Dineth, Jose, Geoffrey, Amany, Tushar, Adel and Suman, who all contributed to making our stay such a positive one.
A very special shoutout has to go to Adnan and Dineth. Both went above and beyond for us and really made our stay feel special. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed, and they are a real credit to the hotel.
It was lovely to return after the change from Address to JW Marriott and see that the same warmth and high standard of hospitality is still very much there. If anything, our experience this time felt even more memorable because we were returning as a family.
From the cleanliness and atmosphere to the outstanding service and attention to detail, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish.
Thank you again to the entire team for looking after us so well. We are already looking forward to returning in the future and would happily recommend JW Marriott Hotel Marina to anyone visiting Dubai.

I’ve travelled and stayed in many hotels around the world, but my stay here at JW Marriott Marina has been truly special — and the food experience was absolutely outstanding! 🇦🇪✨
I ordered the Thai green curry, and as someone who loves and knows good Thai food, I have to say — it was perfect! Not too watery, not too thick — the consistency was exactly right, rich, beautifully fragrant, and perfectly balanced in flavour. It truly hit the spot — honestly one of the best green curries I’ve ever tasted! 🇹🇭💚
I was so impressed I called down just to compliment the kitchen — and I must give a special, heartfelt thank you to Chef Shambu Salman. He is incredibly talented — he knows exactly how to cook this dish the way it should be done. Beautifully prepared, full of authentic flavour — absolutely delicious! Thank you, Chef! 👩🍳👏
And the service was just as lovely — Imran, who delivered my meal, was friendly, polite, and such a pleasure to speak to. He made the whole experience even better! 🙏😊
These two days in Dubai weren’t part of my original plan, but they turned out to be some of the best days of my trip — calm, comfortable, wonderful food, and genuinely kind people. I felt so well looked after. If you stay here — you simply must try the Thai green curry! You won’t be disappointed! 🌟

Good room and bar, let down by the smelly dirty pool areas
Room was great!
CLEAN THE POOL Furniture, replace the pool furniture! Who is responsible for the exterior pool upkeep? Dirty, smelly broken furniture, flooring had old smelly food on the floor area! its bad!
NO water around pool area in sweltering 50 Heat! Dusty and sandy also! Needs overhauled
No water in sauna steam room area! Have to ask an attendant behind the desk in a small fridge! ALL Made to make you pay $7 Plus on bar drinks!
Will i rush back to this hotel ? no but its okay
I did love the Bar with free pool table though and drinks, I did enjoy that area and the room, Its really the lack of free water around the pool area and sauna area
And the old furniture thats cracked dirty and smelly around the pool area, Go get some staff to at least clean the areas?
