Comfort and Contentment
Everything is perfect. The room, the facilities and also the breakfast. I truly appreciate and would like to recommend Mr.Raphael and Mr.Myo from F&B and Ms.Jeish from Front Desk (don’t mind me if I wrote wrong spelling). Thanks for enjoyable stay.
Excellent Service
Had a great breakfast experience at Carlton Downtown! The food was delicious, fresh, and had a good variety of options. Special thanks to Raphael, the Restaurant Manager, for making sure everything was well taken care of. Divyesh and Myo from the service team were very friendly, attentive, and professional. Also, thank you to Arsola, the chef, for preparing such delicious food. Excellent service and a lovely breakfast experience overall. Highly recommended!

A very good experience
The location is very nice. The room is big and I really enjoyed my stay. Mr. Rafael, the restaurant manager has a positive vibe and a nice aura. He smiles all the time as well as the other staff. They are very accommodating. I will definitely go back again .
