The basest experience ever
I called the reservation number and they told me that the family room is separated in to two places and i paid extra for this when i checked in the was very normal in two beds only
The room was not cleaned, dust was on the floor The slowest check in ever The staff are burning the the time with guests for no reason and yhey doesn't care about the following guests and families
"Don't waste your money on this." not recommended
Wonderful stay at Centara
We had a wonderful stay at Centara. The restaurant staff, Dave and John, was very pleasant and helpful during breakfast service. We really appreciate the effort and excellent service.

Best hotel we ever stayed at!
From reception and front office to the concierge, bell team, lifeguards, and everyone we met, the kindness and genuine interaction from the entire team were something we really appreciated. It never felt like they were simply doing their jobs — we genuinely felt welcomed, cared for, and valued.
It honestly felt like every little detail was thought about. The small gesture of a greeting card and cake for our anniversary touched us so much. Even when we simply requested a small cake for my sister’s birthday at Sheesh Restaurant, the team was so kind and accommodating.
The lifeguards also deserve a special mention for how kind and attentive they were with our kids. As parents, seeing that genuine care meant a lot to us.
What made the stay truly special was how consistent that warmth was across the whole team. Everything felt possible, and even the smallest gestures made a difference.
After more than 10 years in the UAE, we can honestly say this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We left with wonderful memories as a family and truly hope to come back again.
