Great Family Hotel, but Service Needs Improvement
It is one of the best family-friendly hotels in the area, and overall, it offers a very pleasant experience. However, I do have a few comments regarding the service.
The check-in process took more than an hour and a half, during which we had to remain standing and waiting, which was quite frustrating.
In addition, when I requested extra bath towels, it took more than an hour for them to be delivered. Since our reservation was made in advance for a family of four, I believe the room should have been adequately prepared with enough towels and amenities for all family members.
These delays were quite disappointing and made the experience less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel management will take these points into consideration, as improving the check-in process and response time would make the overall experience much better.

Highly recommend the hotel
Very clean and professional . I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, pabitra and raju were very nice and helpful , they get me all the things I need for my room 😊
Severe drop in hygiene and safety standards
We have been loyal guests of this resort for around 10 stays, but unfortunately, this recent visit was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standard we used to experience. Service & Safety: We noticed general carelessness from the valet, housekeeping, and pool staff. More importantly, the indoor play area lacks protective padding at the end of the slide, causing pain to my children's back and bottom upon landing. I reported this to the staff on site, but no action was taken. Hygiene & Health: The room hygiene was very poor—we even found ants on our bed sheets. Worse yet, after checking out, my wife, my daughter, and I suffered from severe skin allergies. Medical tests at the hospital confirmed that the cause was exposure to an unsanitary environment during our stay. We brought these issues to management's attention while we were there, but no real action was taken. It is truly disappointing to see such a drop in standards at a resort we loved and visited so frequently. نحن زوار دائمون للمنتجع وهذه هي إقامتنا العاشرة تقريباً، لكن للأسف كانت هذه المرة مخيبة للآمال كلياً ولا تقارن بزياراتنا السابقة. الخدمة والسلامة: لاحظنا تجاهلاً كبيراً من موظفي خدمة صف السيارات، النظافة، والمسابح. والأهم هو وجود خلل في أمان منطقة الألعاب الداخلية (الزحلوقة) تسبب في ألم لأطفالي عند الانزلاق لعدم وجود واقي صدمات، ورغم إبلاغ الموظفة المتواجدة لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء. النظافة والصحة: وجدنا نملاً منتشراً على الفراش، وهو دليل واضح على سوء مستوى النظافة. والأمر الأكثر إزعاجاً هو تعرضي أنا وزوجتي وابنتي لحساسية جلدية شديدة بعد المغادرة مباشرة، حيث أكدت الفحوصات الطبية في المستشفى أن السبب هو التعرض لبيئة غير نظيفة أثناء الإقامة. تحدثنا مع الإدارة أثناء وجودنا ولم نلمس أي تجاوب ملموس أو تغيير. مؤسف جداً أن يصل المستوى لهذا الحد في مكان كنا نعتبره وجهتنا المفضلة.

Al inclusive is geen al inclusive belijkbaar, dat is wel slecht voor de rest “de beste ober is “super” en the best reception guy is guloub, mark these two if you need anything they fix it
