Room, dining and meeting areas service was excellent and workers especially Krishan, Alam, Sazzad and Soumen were so so caring; actually they know what they are doing..! Bravo to the team!!!!

Pradhan
Pradhan works on the 11th floor and cleans all the tooms. He is an excellent cleaner and ensures that the room is always clean, tidy and comfortable. He always works with a smile, is very polite and always helpful. He is an excellent ambassador for copthorne hotel.
