I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience in Dubai. The hotel has a great atmosphere, excellent service, and a very welcoming team.
A special mention goes to Alonso, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. His genuine hospitality really made a difference and made me feel very well looked after.
Overall, Dusit Thani Dubai exceeded my expectations. From the warm hospitality to the quality of the service, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

⭐ Excellent Check-in Experience & Great Service by Mr. Alonso
I had a very pleasant check-in experience at DUSIT THANI Hotel Dubai today. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Alonso for his excellent service. He was very polite, professional, and welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and quick. He never kept me waiting for long and handled everything efficiently. Dusit Thani Dubai...highly recommended for solos, couples and families.
This was my third time at Dusit Thani Dubai. The location is great, right on Sheikh Zayed Road. It has my favorite restaurant Al Safadi right next door. Dubai mall is also quite close. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious. It feels dated at times unless it's the theme they want to carry. Not one of the most modern interiors I would say. The breakfast spread is decent and the staff is very courteous. One thing you need to know that they dont serve liquor at the hotel. Great experience always, definitely will stay again. Highly recommended.

Memorable Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani for two nights. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, thanks to reception team. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Thank you to the house keeping team for the memorable service. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated it. We would happily stay at Dusit Thani again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
Rude and unprofessional behaviour from Omnia dusit thani front Office staff
During check out front Office Omnia was rude and unprofessional. I travelled with elderly parents, previous front Office staff gave me card access and put in the system that I'm a daughter. When It comes to pick up parents, Staff Omnia didn't allow me to go upstairs to my parents room to take bags as well she didn't offer assistance of another staff with trolley. And shout at me infront of other guests. Very disrespectful.
