Me and my husband went to Cafe Pronto and we were served by Carmie. She was so welcoming and smiling. Food was amazing.
The hotel is lovely and very refreshing as you enter.

Holt accommodation
What a lovely Hotel.
Service is 5 star. Mahegh served us for breakfast. What a lovely gentleman. He couldn’t do enough to assist us and make our stay comfortable.
I would recommend the Fairmont hotel. The surroundings, service and atmosphere is second to none.

I had a wonderful experience with Rabin Khadka. He is such a kind, respectful, and genuinely nice person. He was very helpful, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciate his positive attitude and the way he treats people. I would definitely recommend Rabin to anyone!
