An Amazing Stay from Start to Finish!
We booked a three-bedroom apartment with a full-board package, and our stay was nothing short of amazing from beginning to end.
Even before our arrival, the experience was already exceptional. A special thank you to Kelly Alnas and Gusti Dandi for the excellent pre-arrival communication. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive, answering all our questions and providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay smooth and hassle-free.
We were also celebrating a special occasion during our stay, and the Front Office team went above and beyond by arranging a lovely setup for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more special.
The Food & Beverage team also deserves a special mention. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our stay, and the service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Aarif, Saidu, Maize, and Apple Joy were wonderful and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Svenda during check-out, who was very efficient and professional.
I truly wish I could remember everyone's names because every member of the team we encountered was amazing. You can really feel the genuine hospitality and teamwork throughout the property.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We came to celebrate a special occasion, and you helped make it even more special. We will definitely cherish the experience and look forward to coming back!

Excellent location
Great central location right on Sheikh Zayed Road, just a short walk to the Financial Centre Metro station and close to attractions like the Museum of the Future. Our room was spacious, very clean, and offered an amazing city view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options. Overall it’s a wonderful value for a city stay.
