Gorgeous hotel
Always the best hotels in Dubai from check in to check out. Already i was in Grand Hyatt after almost 10 years that the same as it was good and clean with gorgeous staff and facility , breakfast was good and complete for me also room was so nice and clean, thanks to all services that i got.

A Home Away from Home.
A very pleasant stay with excellent hospitality. The staff were very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again with my family. I loved the food at Awtar - the lamb chops were amazing. I appreciate the teams efforts and a special shout out to Rahul Bagnani the front officer manager. Jashim monshi the bell boy and Sugukumar the housekeeping for their prompt service.

Best hotel service our family has ever experienced among all the hotels we have stayed at around the world
What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the entire team at Grand Hyatt Dubai, especially Ms. Jackie, who assisted us from reception all the way through the parking service. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. In fact, this was one of the best hotel experiences and services our family has received anywhere in the world.
We are also very grateful to Mr. Ibrahim for warmly welcoming us upon arrival and for working together with Jackie to provide us with one of the best rooms in the hotel. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
The outstanding service continued throughout our entire stay — from the waterpark and pool areas to the restaurants and housekeeping team. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. The level of service was truly top-notch, and our family is very grateful to everyone who made our stay so special.
A special thank you as well to Lisa, Asmi, Anand, Pritesh, Joseph, Merin, and Sonam for taking such good care of us during breakfast. Your warm smiles and excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable.
The waterpark was also one of the highlights of our stay, especially for our children. It offers an amazing variety of rides and activities, making it one of the most enjoyable waterpark experiences for kids that our family has experienced in Dubai.
Overall, Grand Hyatt Dubai exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent service, wonderful facilities, and genuinely caring staff made this a very special family stay.
