Grosvenor House clearly exceeds all expectations!
I have been returning to the Grosvenor House several times a year ever since it opened in 2005. I travel extensively around the world, but GH is truly exceptional and, in my opinion, the finest hotel in Dubai. What sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service quality and the genuine friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help shown by the staff across all departments. I would especially like to point out the entire team at Sloane's (particularly Mr. Mridul), Firenze (Mr. Islam, Mr. Joseph), and Toro Toro (especially Mrs. Christina). The creativity, quality, and presentation of the food are absolutely exceptional. A special thank you also goes to Chef Sebastian for the remarkable culinary experience. My sincere appreciation goes to the wonderful Concierge Team (Mr. Sahadab), the Pool Team (especially Mr. Suranfa), the Lifeguard Team (especially Mr. Fredie), who always go the extra mile, as well as Mr. Patrick and Mr. Murtuza from the Guest Relations and Butler Team for their outstanding hospitality and personal attention. You simply cannot go wrong by choosing to stay at Grosvenor House. Throughout all these years, I have never had a single reason to complain—quite remarkable, but absolutely true. Outstanding
Just returned from a ten day stay. Was exceptional from start to finish, every single moment. The staff make this hotel what it is, nothing is too much trouble. The club lounge is the best I’ve ever experienced. Will be returning in October. Thank you so much!
