Absolutely exceptional – the best hotel we have ever stayed in!
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special. The service throughout our stay was absolutely outstanding, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the attention to detail was second to none. Our room was absolutely immaculate and beautifully presented, and the stunning upgrade we received for our anniversary made our stay even more special. It was such a thoughtful surprise and really made our celebration one to remember. The hotel itself is simply breathtaking, with incredible facilities and some fantastic restaurants. The food, atmosphere and service in every restaurant we visited were exceptional, and there was such a wonderful choice that we were spoilt for choice. This truly is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the luxurious surroundings and immaculate rooms to the exceptional staff and incredible dining experiences, everything was perfect from start to finish. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would absolutely love to return. A truly unforgettable stay and one that will be very difficult to beat! ❤️

Fantastic
My 1st time staying im dubai, and what a fantastic place to stay , great location , cannot fault the hospitality , karthigan in particular was brilliant , very helpful , kept my room super clean , overall this place is faultless , very comfortable stay and will be staying here again when i return
Grosvenor House - the best of the best
This hotel is our home whenever we travel to Dubai and honestly, I cannot recommend it enough.
It’s in a fabulous position in Dubai Marina without being too overcrowded or busy and the facilities this hotel offers are superb.
But what really sets this establishment apart from the rest is the staff. They really do go above and beyond to make stout stay special and make you feel at home.
Some people we would like to thank from this trip are… Ashani and Natalin in the spa. Their kindness and happiness to talk with us was so lovely and highly appreciated. They even arranged flowers for me on our departure- a beautiful bouquet of red roses, which was such a wonderful gesture which made me feel very special and I was very touched.
Silva, Freddie, Charu and Derrick at the pool were wonderful as always and quick to help us whenever we needed anything, but also friendly faces that we looked forward to seeing every day.
Harish, Romel, Karun, Ash, Jaya and Shaili in the Executive Lounge were all amazing too and the level of service they provided us was truly outstanding.
Thank you to everyone- we hope to be back again to see you all soon!

Room service and cleaning
Partisan was fantastic , made my wife happy with flower displays each evening and our room immaculate each day .
