Excellent Hotel
The hotel location is excellent and the staff are really friendly and very supportive. The hotel atmosphere is really good and they make you feel at home. The rooms are excellent, and good value for the money you pay. The rooms are clean and there is no smell. Staff at restaurant are excellent. Bhawna, Diana, Rose , Mohawk and Ali also Merry are very friendly and very supportive.

One of.the best hotel experience in Dubai
A super comfortable modern hotel, connected to one of the best malls in Dubai, where service quality, tranquillity, cleanliness, and courtesy are top-notch. Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic SPA service. Ten minutes away from the international airport makes this family-friendly 4* hotel even better than any of its 5* competitors.

Excellent experience delivered by the team
The team in the dining area, from first thing in the morning until last thing at night just can't do enough for you at the Holiday Day Inn DFC.
In September 2026 I spent a week there with my business colleague and we were treated, hosted very well.
From Poja in reception - too the Chef Mohammed, Chef Joseph, Restaurant Manager Mohammed, Donna, Khwar, Yar, Ana Rose, Ali, Haider , Garry and the rest of the Sirocco team - Thank you for the excellent service. I will be back very soon for more of the same xx

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at the hotel. Everything was pleasant and relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special thank you to Vivek at the reception for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming, and his exceptional attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention.
The only small issue we noticed was with the water bottle. Once opened, the cap cannot be properly closed again, which may allow germs to get in and also makes it easier for the bottle to accidentally spill. It would be great if this could be improved for better hygiene and convenience.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.
Best service and nice team
We had a wonderful time at your hotel. We enjoyed and all went well. The hotel staff Kerols during the check in time did wonderful job. Nitshti for the room clearance manager and all her team for the room neatness , cooperation was super. Donna, Diana, etc all did their best during our two weeks stay. Now we are family of the hotel as we always use this hotel when we come to Dubai. So We thank you all team including reservation team of May. See you soon. Taddese
