Welcome back!
As soon as I heard that they are reopening after months of temporary closure, I booked my staycay right away. Vivek at the reception had been very efficient, helpful, and welcoming. He’s an excellent team member of this property! The housekeeping also did a good job this time as they addressed my previous feedback on the bath towels - now they smell fresh. I’m really glad to be back staycationing at my favorite hotel in Dubai!

Excellent Service by Ashish at the Pool
We had a wonderful experience at the pool. Ashish was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He made us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. His excellent service and positive attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ashish!
Good location for great time
Great location close to verity of shops snd restaurants. And the staff really friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend it to stay for families and who wants quiet space. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends to come and stay here and ill be back for sure.
