Awesome stay and thank you for entire team to arrange nice suite on my arrival. Avish , lamis khadija and jitendra made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I wish to come back again.
Great hotel, amazing staff
Exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff—especially Mohammed at the front desk, Hamid, Avish Sawant, Khadijah, Dhiraj, Lamis, Yameen, Moka from housekeeping and Chef Jagat and Ramin for breakfest and dinner —were absolutely wonderful and truly a credit to the hotel. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well looked after throughout my stay, as always.
From the moment I arrived, every detail was handled with care and attention, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel has a beautiful sense of elegance and is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The peaceful surroundings and scenic atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
I was particularly impressed with the spacious room and the quality of the amenities and finishing touches. Overall, a fantastic stay and one I would happily recommend. I look forward to returning!

very bad, the customer service team is extremely disappointing, check in is very slow, the room is not ready even after check in time
