Stars — Excellent service from start to finish
I recently hosted a private birthday celebration and fragrance launch at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, and the entire experience was excellent.
From the initial planning to the day of the event, the team was professional, attentive, and very accommodating. Everything was handled smoothly, and they were genuinely helpful in making sure the event came together the way I envisioned it.
A special thank you to the events team for their support and attention to detail. The service was truly top-notch, and my guests had a great experience as well.
I would definitely consider Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown again for future events. Thank you for making the evening a memorable one!

Greatest hotel ever ,the style is gorgus ,the staff is helpful specialy Mr abanob at the reception ,also Mr Harry , the food is healthy and tasty .

Very pleasant experience - staff is welcoming - I enjoyed the hospitality of Malek.
Breakfast menu is also nice - small menu but all very well done

Best location, business bay 😍 close to everything. Staff super helpfull and i fell in love with every each of their smiles, especially with Gabga 😍 thank you for making me feel home in those days. I was updgraded in a superior room creek view, and the comfort and view felt like dream. F&B staff super polite and helpful, thank you so much. Breakfast & dinning was super 😋 Everything, room, common areas, restaurants and lobby was supper clean and beautifully decorated.
