Thank you Creekside Hotel. We always stay here when we travel to Dubai. The proximity to the airport, the excellent facilities and the service from the staff make it our place to stay. The staff from the front door to reception, housekeeping and the restaurant go out of their way to make your stay great. Thank you to all of the staff. This time Emmanuel and Deepshikka really stood out. See you all next year.

Laundry customer service
I am a happy customer with the hospitality and humility offered by the staff at the hotel particularly mr Balaraju. The man is professional and efficient when it comes to delivering laundry. He is respectful and friendly. Generally, the services are top notch. I look forward to coming back to the hotel again. Jay
