Summer weekend staycation
We had a one-night staycation at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai over the weekend and had a fabulous experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by every member of staff we encountered. The service throughout our stay was wonderful, with genuine friendliness and attention to detail at every turn, even acknowledging that it had been 10 years since our last stay!
As Bonvoy lifetime Platinum, it's always lovely when there's recognition of our loyalty, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special. At time of writing Tower A is closed for refurbishment, (with some of the offerings such as Kitchen 6 and the Executive Lounge relocated in Tower B) however that did not affect our stay at all as the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout, from Anna and Arina at front of house, to Pema who provided the most blissful massage. The Executive Lounge team, Mr Ajim, Dipshika, Bhuwen and Arfat made sure we were well fed and watered in the evening – thank you! Even when we had an issue with the room’s command tablet not working to turn off lights at the end of the day, Andrew came quickly and discretely to fix the issue for us. Thank you also to the two pool lifeguards (fabulous 42-metre pool to work off breakfast) and everyone else at the JW for a memorable stay. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing experience. All the staff is hardworking and co-operative Md. Zaid from house keeping is very nice ,humble and hardworking. Ganesha and suraj also doing a good job.
Poor service by chef let the hotel down
Poor dining experience with prepared food very chilli hot and salty despite we told the chef about my health issues

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Wonderful Stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai
Our stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai was truly wonderful and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we experienced exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team.
A special thank you to Madumi, the Service Agent, who went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly personalised. Her thoughtful and unexpected gesture towards our family was truly heartwarming and made our experience even more special. These are the little moments that create lasting memories, and we sincerely appreciate her kindness and dedication.
We would also like to express our appreciation to Amr and Jayamuthu from the Reception team. They were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist us with a warm smile, making our arrival and stay smooth and comfortable.
A big thank you as well to Dinusha, the Lifeguard, for being attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our time at the property.
We would also like to recognise the Lobby Security and Concierge teams for their excellent service, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. Everyone we interacted with contributed to making our stay pleasant and stress-free.
Our room was exceptionally clean, neat, and well maintained, so our sincere thanks go to the Housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail.
Overall, it was a fantastic family experience, made even more memorable by the wonderful people who took care of us. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is truly lucky to have such a dedicated and caring team.
