Best of Le Meridien.
Thank for the warm and personal welcome for each visit to the Executive Club. Aris, Lynn, Yint, and Jagdish made each visit welcoming and wonderful, the best part if my stay here are Le Meridien Dubai Conference Center and Hotel. I would most enjoyably book my next stay in Dubai here because of their service and attention.

Very Disappointing Experience with the Night Staff
I recently visited Le Meridien Hotel Dubai Airport at night to inquire about room rates. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was extremely disappointing.
When I approached the reception, I simply asked one of the staff members where the washroom was. Instead of receiving a polite response, he spoke to me rudely, raised his voice, and immediately called security, asking whether I was a hotel guest.
There were around five staff members standing together at the reception, and some were laughing among themselves, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and embarrassing.
I was only asking for directions to the washroom. I had done nothing wrong and was simply expecting basic courtesy and respect.
Due to this unprofessional behaviour, I felt extremely frustrated and decided to leave without even asking about the room rates.
I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training, particularly for the night shift.
First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience left me with no desire to stay at this hotel.

Great
Shwe nirbika sanjecta are great and so is the rest of the staff very attentive and pleasant. The food is what I would expect from an establishment and environment as nice as this.
