Important: Verify Who You’re Dealing With
am sharing this review based strictly on my personal experience and documented booking records.
For years we have dealt with a person known as Abdalla who assists with our annual trips. He introduced To us His colleague , Mr. Mohamed Taleb Nickname ( Moo ) At the hotel. Millennium Atrium business Bay Mr. Mohamed was initially very professional and represented to us that he was responsible for the hotel reservations and had the authority to arrange rooms and rates. He sent us booking links through WhatsApp and instructed us to book through Booking.com, Expedia or Hotelbeds. Our team followed those instructions and completed the bookings and payments.
One documented reservation alone was AED 16,983.20, while the total value of our company’s group reservations was AED 281,027.44 (EUR 67,305.51).
Unfortunately, the following day unexpected circumstances prevented us from travelling. We immediately requested cancellation and agreed that any legitimate hotel cancellation charges could be deducted. We were subsequently sent receipts and information showing amounts expected to be returned.
Until today, we have not received the amounts communicated to us, despite repeated promises and changing dates.
When we later sent someone directly to the hotel to clarify the situation, we received information that conflicted with what we had previously been told regarding Mr. Mohamed’s relationship or authority with the hotel.
I am not accusing the hotel or any individual of wrongdoing. I am asking the senior management of Millennium Atria Business Bay to verify his authority, our reservations, payments and refund status, and to contact us directly to clarify what happened and help resolve the matter.
We have the booking confirmations, payment records, receipts, booking links and WhatsApp correspondence available for verification.
Service was good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent 36-Hour Birthday & Father's Day Stay!
We booked the 36-hour stay promo which included tickets to the Museum of the Future to celebrate a combined birthday and Father's Day. Overall, our experience was fantastic! The museum was amazing, and having a full 36 hours meant we could return to our room and rest without any rush to check out. A huge thank you to the team for the complimentary birthday cake!
The Room: We stayed in an apartment-type room which was fully equipped with a washing machine, utensils, a cooker, and a large fridge. Because it was so well-equipped, we loved ordering food online and enjoying it in the comfort of our room.
Amenities: The rooftop pool was lovely with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa. It was a bit crowded at first but cleared out later. The sauna is a little small but very relaxing, and the gym looked completely equipped. Since it is summer, it would be amazing if the hotel could extend the pool hours until 9:00 PM instead of closing at 7:00 PM. We also loved walking along the nearby waterfront at night to enjoy the city views.
Areas for Improvement:
Check-in & Concierge: There was only one staff member at the front desk when we arrived, causing a bit of a wait. There was also no concierge available, and I noticed guests pushing their own luggage trolleys. More lobby staff are definitely needed.
Breakfast: The breakfast selection was a bit limited, though the food was still good. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor seating area, but as the summer heat was starting, we preferred sitting indoors.
Highly recommended for the great value, excellent room amenities, and perfect location!
Outstanding Dining Service and Friendly Staff
The services in the hotel were excellent, especially in the dining area. Ms. Shwe was very friendly, attentive, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Her professionalism and caring attitude made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, Shwe, for your outstanding service and hospitality.

Top notch amenities and fanatic hospitality! I have had a fantastic stay at the Atria and the amenities and hospitality is brilliant . I especially want to thank Arghadeep the housekeeping manager who went above and beyond to keep my room well maintained throughout my long stay! I would stay here again!
