I had a wonderful stay, and I want to give a special mention to our room attendant, Shumail.Shumail provided exceptional service throughout our entire visit. Every day, our room was left immaculately clean, fresh, and perfectly organized. It was always a pleasure coming back to such a well-kept space. Beyond their incredible attention to detail, Shumail was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a warm smile.It is rare to find someone who takes such obvious pride in their work. Shumail is hands down the best room attendant we have ever encountered! Our room was absolutely flawless every single day of our stay. The attention to detail was incredible—from the crisp, perfectly made bed to the spotless bathroom.
