“Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Reception was very welcoming and the lobby has a great atmosphere. I would like to mention Neha who helped us during check in. She was professional, smiling and very clear when explaining everything. She made the process very easy for us. Room was clean and housekeeping staff were doing a great job. Food was also delicious. Five stars.”

I had an excellent experience at Mövenpick Grand, and Shoaib from the Front Office truly deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, attentive, and welcoming. His genuine hospitality, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more memorable.

Why the Health Club at Grand Al Bustan is My Dubai Ritual
I have been a member of the Grand Al Bustan (dating back to its Rotana days) for years, and I am happy to say that the experience has remained consistently excellent. Whenever I visit Dubai, a day use at this hotel is a non-negotiable part of my itinerary.
While the hotel itself is wonderful, the primary reason for my loyalty is the Health Club. It is, without a doubt, one of the best-managed facilities in the city.
The Gym & Facilities: The gym is well-equipped and maintained to a high standard, catering to both serious workouts and light training. The atmosphere is professional, and the equipment is always in top condition.
The Pool & The Team: The pool area is pristine and offers a perfect escape from the Dubai heat. What makes it even more special is the team at the pool — they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile. Their warmth and attentiveness turn a simple pool day into a genuinely relaxing experience. It is relaxing, clean, and the perfect spot to unwind after a workout or a long flight.
Sauna, Steam, Plunge Pool & Jacuzzi: The wellness facilities are outstanding. After a workout or a swim, I love to rotate between the sauna, steam room, plunge pool, and jacuzzi. Each one is well-maintained and immaculately clean. It is the perfect way to recover, detox, and truly unwind. Having all of these facilities available under one roof makes the day use experience unbeatable.
Management & Service: What truly sets this health club apart is the management. The team is professional, attentive, and ensures that the facilities are spotless. Whether you are there for a serious gym session or just a relaxing day by the pool, the service is seamless.
If you are looking for a day use in Dubai where you can genuinely relax and focus on your health and wellness, this is the place. It feels like coming home, but with the five-star service you expect from Mövenpick. Highly recommended.

The most amazing experience from the time I entered and was welcomed and felt like home very friendly atmosphere and I would like to thank Ms Catherine from the front office she was very friendly and very sweet looking forward to be visiting and recommending all my family and friends best experience
