I must say that this hotel is an incredible hotel, support staff is simply amazing especially Jun, Amr, and chalini and Belisa are the most incredible supporting staff I have ever ver experienced. Overall the bestest best hotel in Dubai. Must visit and experience the same.

My stay at Novotel was truly outstanding, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Supervisor Ziyad and his incredible team. Ziyad is an absolute gem—his professionalism, leadership, and genuine care for every guest made my stay unforgettable. He leads by example and creates a welcoming atmosphere that is reflected throughout the team.
A heartfelt thank you to Htet, Camela, Kamal, Sahal, Abu, Jun, Bellise, Altap, and Ayyapan for their outstanding service, warm smiles, and constant willingness to help. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable stay.
It is rare to find such a dedicated, friendly, and professional team. Thank you all for making my stay at Novotel so special. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!
