Having stayed there with my family five times in a row, I can say without a single hesitation that this isn't just a luxury hotel—it is a sanctuary filled with the kindest, warmest souls we have ever had the absolute pleasure of meeting. As a family, every single one of our needs was met not just with professionalism but with a profound, heartfelt warmth that made us feel completely at home.

Front Desk & Butler Excellence: Thank you to Mr. Vijay at the reception for such a seamless welcome and to dear Miss Wendy, our butler, whose beautifully handwritten note was such a sweet gesture and who took such exquisite care of us throughout our stay.

Departure & Concierge: A warm thank you to Mr. Pushkar, Mr. Rashid, and Mr. Ronald, who proved to be the kindest people, handling our luggage and transport with absolute grace as we prepared to leave.

Culinary Delights: To the Azure staff and Chefs, thank you for your radiant warmth and for whipping up the most scrumptious, world-class breakfast that started our days right.

Afternoon Tea & Salon: The entire Raffles Salon team—especially Mr. Hassan and Miss Aye—were wonderfully kind and catered to our every whim for Afternoon Tea.

Solo Restaurant Team: A special shoutout to Miss Nafi, Miss Tina, Miss Betty, Mr. Sai, and Mr. Jason at Solo Restaurant, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure the service remained top-notch.

Going Above and Beyond: To the dedicated security staff and Mr. Atif, who kindly brought our breakfast straight to our room in the early hours of the morning so we wouldn't miss our early flight—your kindness is infectious!

Housekeeping: A massive thank you to the phenomenal housekeeping staff who kept everything immaculate with such quiet perfection.

What can i say,the hospitality is outstanding,nothing too much trouble. All the staff are amazing. Very very clean. My 2nd time st a raffles,would never dtay anyshere else.
