RUI DUBAI
What an amazing place the staff were exemplary as was the food. You couldn't ask for more hospitality. The weather was fantastic. There's a lot of building near by which doesn't effect you but no matter where you are it's the same. Safety in Dubai is something you don't worry about TBH you could leave your wallet on a table come back in 2 hours it would still be there. We truly loved this place so much so my son has got a job there in a month.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel was perfect, the staff are all amazing from waiiters, cleaners, reception staff they can't do enough to assist. The food was gorgeous at all the restaurants especially Spices....What I would say is that some holiday makers from other countries are exceptionally rude you just learn to ignore it (perhaps it's just the English that say please and thank you). Please tip the staff they work so hard it may be a all inclusive but a small gesture goes a long way. Would recommend this hotel.
Fab 2 weeks
Lovely hotel very clean, all staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling, really enjoyed the food out of all the Riu hotels ive been too this was the best out of all of them lots of choice, the only thing that spoiled it for us was when the locals used the hotel at the weekend they took over everything it was mayhem other than that I would definitely come back to this hotel

Not the best experience
Booked as a base for my daughters wedding with a group booking of 15. Food was okay but entertainment was shockingly bad. Worst thing was they refused entry to the makeup artist on the day of wedding . Unforgivable. The Bride and Brides mother had to travel in to city at 4 am to counter this ridiculous decision to get back in time for the ceremony. You could lift up this hotel and put it anywhere we felt so isolated. Also had to ask several times for anything to be done in regards to room . The TV never worked all week and one cup in a double room ???

Fantastic Stay at the RIU - We’ll Be Back
We had an amazing stay at the RIU Hotel! The atmosphere was fantastic, with a really welcoming and relaxing feel throughout the whole resort.
The selection and quality of food were excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. A special mention must go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fabulous! They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained and brought such great energy and enthusiasm every day.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the RIU and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday with excellent food, service, accommodation, and entertainment. We would happily return!
