A Hotel Where the Team Truly Cares
I had a wonderful stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana and would definitely recommend the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Dani from the Front Desk team, who truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. Dani was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with every request I had. His professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference and made me feel very well taken care of. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job every day. My room was always spotless and beautifully maintained, and I especially appreciated the lovely little notes they left for me each day. These thoughtful touches made my stay feel extra special and showed genuine care and attention to detail. And Thanks to the General Manager and the management team. It is clear that the staff are treated with respect and appreciation, and you can genuinely feel that they are happy in their work. That positive atmosphere is reflected in the way the team interacts with guests and in the level of service throughout the hotel.

Solomon's Five nights stay at Rose Rayhaan By Rotana, Dubai
The Front room staff are pleasant and always ready to offer assistance when approached. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Michael, Essam and Ruwan who made my five nights stay stress free. Also with a location of just about 2 minutes walk to the Metro station, the hotel is highly recommended for anyone who wants to commute to various areas of Dubai. Will be back
Kawthar was a really hotel staff really kind and helpful
I had a really good stay in rose rayhaan by rotana i have been there many times and had no problems there its in a really good spot and the staff is amazing such as yousif faisal in the lobby staff and kawthar for breakfast she was so kind and nice maybe the pool could have been better but really good hotel and staff
Just great!
The staff was simply great! Only 2 things were not completelly great:
- The pool closing at 6pm… actually after a hot day walk of on the streets of Dubai would be great to be able to get into the pool
- The pillows: way too soft
Otherwise everything P E R F E C T !
