I had a wonderful experience with the tour representative Rainy at Rove Downtown Hotel in Dubai. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, and made organizing my sightseeing and desert safari tours so easy. She took the time to explain the different options, helped me plan everything, and made sure I was comfortable with all the arrangements.
Both experiences were fantastic, and her assistance really helped make my time in Dubai even more memorable. I truly appreciated her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend booking your tours through her if you’re staying at the hotel. Thank you for helping make my Dubai trip such a great experience!

Rove Downtown Dubai is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed
Rove Downtown Dubai is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Despite its good location, the service was simply unacceptable. We had prepaid for half board, but upon arrival, we were told that the meal allowance was limited to only AED 80 per adult and AED 40 per child. We were offered a restricted menu and required to pay extra if the bill exceeded these limits. These important conditions were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue or assist us, the staff were indifferent, unhelpful, and far from welcoming. This experience seriously affected our family holiday. Such poor service does not match the hotel’s prices or the high standards normally expected in Dubai.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Rove Downtown Dubai, especially to families travelling with children. A good location cannot compensate for poor service, undisclosed restrictions, and disrespectful treatment of guests. If it were possible, I would give this hotel less than one star.
