Very good hotel
The hotel is beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The café inside the hotel is also excellent, and the food was very delicious. What stood out the most was the wonderful service from Joan. She was very kind, professional, and helpful, and truly one of the best staff members at the hotel. Her excellent service made our experience even better.
Exceptional PT + Gym
A review specifically for the exceptional personal trainer, Kapila, who works at the fitness centre in the hotel. I have been training with him since the beginning of this year. Every session is personalised and tailored to my specific needs, Kapila is very knowledgeable and motivating. The facilities are great, and beautiful view from the gym too! Highly recommended!

A Stay Transformed by Exceptional Service
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai. I had initially booked three nights, but ultimately decided to extend my stay for another three.
At first, I was not entirely satisfied with the breakfast buffet on the sixth floor. I admit that I am quite a demanding guest, and I inevitably compared it with the breakfast offered by other five-star hotels. In my opinion, this area would benefit from a broader renovation by the property, including a review of the layout, décor, and the overall food and beverage offering. With a well-planned refurbishment, it could become a truly beautiful space that fully reflects the standard of the hotel.
The real turning point in my stay came thanks to Ms. Kay. After listening carefully to my feedback, she directed me to another restaurant, The Bird , where I enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The quality of the food was noticeably higher, and everything was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. Her professionalism and helpfulness completely changed my perspective on the hotel and convinced me to extend my stay for another three nights.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and had the pleasure of meeting several members of the team, including the General Manager, with whom I enjoyed a lovely conversation.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, especially Ms. Kay, for taking such good care of my needs and making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely return to visit you in September.
