What an amazing hotel. Lives up to its brand name. Extremely helpful staff. Id like to mention sandeep for making this stay feel homely and comfortable.
Great location, great food, great service
Great hotel in a great location close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
The breakfasts here are amazing and all of the staff is very friendly. Want to especially highlight professionalism of Sandeep form the cleaning crew as well as the breakfast coffee station team!
Sofitel downtown
I really enjoyed my stay here and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the whole stay went smoothly. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I would especially like to thank Amr, the manager. He genuinely went out of his way to help me with everything I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I really appreciated his kindness and support. I felt very welcomed and taken care of here, and I would happily recommend this place to others and stay here again in the future
Enjoyed my stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The brunch buffet is outstanding and the view of the Burj Khalifa from my room was beautiful to gaze at each night. The cleaning staff were very helpful as well.
