Delightful experience at sofitel obelisk can’t be better than this beautiful place in the Dubai hard of city and experience staff welcoming with big smiles on face filling likes home and well care our stay at hotel the man at lobby helping me lots give me information about hotel and UAE his Name Enam and taking care of my luggage any times need taxi he find taxis always thanks for all wonderful hospitality experience in Dubai Sofitel obelisk
Annual visit that tops it again!
Our annual return to Sofitel the Obelisk was nothing short of the familiar warmth and hospitality that keeps us returning. We stayed at this second home of ours from the 12-18th of July in rooms 2007 & 2008. Just being welcomed by our longstanding Captain Matar, Bilal, Anam, Hamza and Richard instantly made us feel at home and excited for our Dubai stay. The entire team is clearly committed to making your stay luxurious and memorable. Duty Manager Mohamed elevated our trip even further by graciously offering us a generous room upgrade and catering our every request with care and diligence. The suites were incredible and made you feel like you were in the most luxurious of surroundings.
Of course our Sofitel trip would not be complete without the countless coffees, indulgent afternoon teas and chic happy hours at the Club Milessime. Club manager Isabella, in particular made our club experience feel extra special and even gifted us with a very thoughtful, personalised postcard at the end of our stay.
Finally, it was an absolute pleasure to be served by our longstanding Obelisk staff Armaan, Vishnu and Priyanka who ensured from the moment we stepped into the lobby made sure we felt that we were not at a hotel, but at home for the entirely of our stay. Armaan ensured we had a lovely table at the Nine to watch the England and Argentina match, the atmosphere was electric! Priyanka was constantly serving us our usual favourite hot and cold beverages endlessly at bijou. Vishnu constantly stayed in touch with us before arrival and throughout our stay daily to check we have everything we need. Without them our stay wouldn’t have felt like the pure 5 star deluxe luxury it always is.
Wonderful stay at Sofitel The Obelisk
We had a lovely stay at Sofitel The Obelisk. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff outside the hotel were especially kind and always greeted us warmly. They were so friendly with our babies, which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was also excellent, with a lovely variety of options and something for everyone.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily visit again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What made my visit to Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Ricky, the spa receptionist. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome with his warm smile, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, making my entire spa experience seamless and memorable. Ricky's dedication, positive attitude, and genuine passion for guest service are a true credit to the Sofitel team. I would also like to thank Dwi, Ayu, Artati, and Ravi for their excellent treatments, Buda for maintaining the spa facilities impeccably, Rip, Manoj, and B.B.S. for ensuring a safe and enjoyable pool experience, and Maria and Anna for their friendly and professional assistance at the fitness reception. I highly recommend Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane to anyone looking for a luxurious spa experience with exceptional hospitality. I will definitely be back.
