Truly the palace
Checking in with Zack at the front desk who was very warm and welcoming, Hamza who always greeted us with his big smile making the kids very comfortable and the beautiful Oumnia who told us about all the activities to do with the kids that always greeted us. The 3 of them are a great team to have.
The hotel was exceptional with a beautiful pool. We had the palace suite with the fountain view which is just incredible, it felt like we were under the fountains looking up the Burj Khalifa. Would definitely be coming back here.
The Palace hotel is the place to stay.
We had a lovely stay at The Palace hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind at all times, not to mention accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The hotel is centrally located next to the souk and Dubai Mall.

Spa and gym
I had a wonderful experience at the spa gym and pool at palace downtown. The facilities were spotless peaceful and very well maintained. A special thank you to susil and dipak for their exceptional hospitality. excellent service i will definitely come back. Thankyou
