Surprise 50th birthday
I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay it was a surprise trip for my partners 50th birthday,i had been in contact with the hotel to let them know it was his 50th,so on arrival after a night flight they had our room ready by 9.30am also upgraded our room with a birthday cake and rose petals and swan towel set up which looked amazing the room was very clean and spacious,we had a couple days around the pool which was very clean and the staff always made sure you had a sunlounger and would check how you are very polite,on our lastnight the staff in the restaurant sang happy birthday and brought another cake which was a lovely gesture before we left. Overall this hotel is amazing plenty to do,very clean and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the food was also amazing really tasty and a good variety. We will definitely be back to this hotel and would definitely recommend, its also in a perfect location for visiting and seeing the many attractions.

the staff was always nice and helpful. the room was clean and big and the shower is great :) also the bar downstairs was really nice!
An Exceptional Stay at Towers Rotana Dubai — Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed at Towers Rotana Dubai during a business trip with Luxury Diamond Travel, together with my two colleagues, and I can honestly say that we were extremely impressed with every aspect of our stay.
I stayed in Room 1604, while my colleagues stayed in Room 1704. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was exceptionally well organized and exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were comfortable, spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we needed for a productive and comfortable business trip.
What truly stood out to us was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful, welcoming, professional, polite, and genuinely smiling. Their attention to guests and willingness to assist made a very strong impression on us. Excellent hospitality like this is what makes a hotel memorable.
Unfortunately, because this was a very busy business trip, we did not have enough time to experience the pool, gym, and club facilities, so I cannot personally comment on those services. However, based on everything else we experienced, I have absolutely no doubt that they maintain the same high standard.
As a representative of Luxury Diamond Travel, I would strongly recommend Towers Rotana Dubai to both business and leisure travelers. For us, it was not simply a place to stay — it was a genuinely excellent hospitality experience.
