We want to thank all the staff of the First Collection Marina hotel for their kindness, cordiality and availability. Excellent services and beautiful hotel. Thank you for the warmth and affection you sent us during our short stay in Dubai. You made our honeymoon magical. Amazing Hotel
I would like to share my appreciation for your amazing team. I had a wonderful experience with the service and would especially like to recognize a few team members, Mahmoud from the Front Desk was very helpful and welcoming. Azim is a very experienced and professional person who clearly knows how to take care of guests, I would also like to mention Ann for her professionalism and attention to detail, I particularly appreciated the way she always remembered and called me by my name whenever I contacted Room Service. It is a small detail, but it made me feel truly valued and welcomed as a guest last but not least thanks for my baby birthday cake, Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and for making my stay a pleasant experience.
